We have been so busy over the last few weeks with Paperific and then this week with a Spellbinders event for our staff.  Just thought we would share some happy snaps of our adventures.

Spellbinders Retailer Education

 

This week some of the Scrappy Hollow team were lucky enough to attend one of two retailer education days.  We were given some exciting information about new products, met our Australian Spellbloger - Linda,  got to play and make layouts and cards with new dies, embossibilities and more!  We also got a sneak peak of new dies being released later this year.  We have all come back with lots of ideas and knowledge to help you with your die cutting projects and best of all we got to meet Stacy and Kim from Spellbinders USA.

 

I know you can't tell from the photos but Sharon was there as well........... a little camera shy Sharon???

Additional Classes for Christmas Project and Card Lovers!

As most of you know the talented Sotty has been wowing us with her truly stunning card and OTP project classes of late.  Following popular demand we have added two new dates for her October class - Friday 26th October 10am to 12 noon and Sat 27th October 1pm - 3pm.  The class is also running on Thursday October 25th from 7pm - 9pm.  Cost $25

Here is a sneak peak of the class.  Samples are on display in the store.

Following on from the fun filled tags in a jar class  last month Sotty has also come up with a lovely Christmas version of the project which will run in November.  This is a perfect gift for someone special and the completed project is on display in store.

This class has three dates:
Thursday Nov 22nd from 7pm to 9pm
Friday Nov 23rd from 10am - 12 noon
Saturday Nov 24th from 1pm - 3pm
Cost $25.

To book in for either of these classes call the store on 9879-6220 or pop in and book over the counter.

New Stock!

Well we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with the unpacking from Paperific and the store is almost back to normal!  We have had lots of boxes arrive in the last two weeks so it's time to fill you in on the latest arrivals.

Many of you saw the release of the latest Kaisercraft Christmas ranges at Paperific.  We were there with them exclusively.  They are now out in the store as well so if you missed them at Paperific you can snaffle some up from the store.

As always the Workshop magazine came out as well and we have some complimentary copies still available at the store.  Their Christmas issue is always a great creativity starter but this time round it's even more exciting to look through as some of our talented Scrappy Hollow staff have had their work published.  Congrats to Geraldine, Sam, Ruthie, Leanne and Amy!

For those of you who didn't get to go to a workshop with Melissa Kennedy from Kaisercraft at the show we still have some of her kits with full colour instruction on sale at the store as well.

Well the boxes rolled in thick and fast today and we have unpacked the latest Christmas papers - they are stunning!!!  Here are some snippets and a link to view each collection.

Paperific In 5 Sleeps!!!!!

Thank you to everyone who took advantage of our HUGE Christmas sale which ended today. Hope you have fun playing with your new papers and embellishments.

Now we are on the countdown to Paperific! 5 sleeps to go to the most amazing paper show in Melbourne.

This time around we have two stands, Scrappy Hollow with it's usual amazing die cutting and embossing bargains as well as our Scrappy Hollow/Kaisercraft stand. Leanne's Cards

Thank you to everyone who came along to my cards classes last week.  It was lovely to see you all having so much fun making our "older kids" cards and playing with felt.  This is what we made (3 cards and a covered gift bag):
