Scrap the Boys in March

Sharon has an awesome class planned for her March Scrap the Boys!

In this class you will create a double page layout that can be used together or separately in your albums.  Although the class is Scrap the Boys this month the class will suit any type of photo as the layouts feature some gorgeous neautral colours and a trendy travel focus.

You will learn how to create with wooded embellishments, acetate style die cut elements and chipboard.  There's a little stapling and inking together with some cool circular elements on these layouts.

The class will run on Wednesday March 5th from 10am - 12noon and on Thursday 6th March from 7pm - 9pm.  Class cost is $30 and payment is required at the time of booking.  If you cannot make the class Sharon is also happy to make a kit up for you with pics and instructions that you can complete in your own time.

Kids Paper Piecing

Saturday July 6th, 10 am to 11.30am - $20

Your child will make this very cool journal book for that special man in their life.  They will learn how to cover the journal, make tabs and embellishments with die cut accents pieces and attach a book mark to the journal's spine.

Definitely a fun class which will allow them to create many more after they learn the techniques with Sam.

Sharon return with another awesome Scrap the Boys class, although the layouts are so versatile you could use them for any occasion!

 

This class will provide you with the opportunity to create two layouts that work well as a double page spread or can be used a two stand alone pages in your album.

 

Learn how to layer embellishments, use papers to create page elements, how to incorporate embellishments to add dimension to you layouts and more.

 

 

All the samples for these classes are on display in store so head on in and take a look, book your place and enjoy!

Scrap the Boys with Sharon

Sharon's July Scrap the Boys Class will run on July 3rd from 10 am - 12 noon and on Thursday 4th July from 7pm - 9pm.  Cost $30.

In this class you will make two layouts featuring some gorgeous and subtle burnt orange and browned toned papers and embellishments.  Although a Scrap the Boys themed class the layouts would equally suit girls, family etc etc.  The use on min stickers means you can personalise your pages any way you like.  Techniques will include inking, clustering of embellishments and paper layering just to name a few.

Kids Paper Piecing with Sam

The next Kid's Paper Piecing Class is definitely going to be so much fun. Running on July 6th from 10 am - 11.30 am it's a perfect school holiday activity for everyone.

In this class you child will make a decorated tin containing some beatigul cards.  The papers Sam has selected are gorgeous and are from the Simple Stories Vintage Chic collection.  This project is perfect for your child to use themselves or give to a special friend or relative as a gift. 

Class is $20 and payment is required at the time of booking.  Bookings can be made over the phone or in person.

Scrap the Boys for June

Our June Scrap the Boys class with Sharon is very cool indeed.  Sharon will show you how to create a double page layout featuring lots of fun embellishment clusters, inking, distressing, sewing and more.

Classes run June 5th from 10 am to 12 noon and Thursday June 6th from 7pm - 9pm.
Cost $30
Payment required at the time of booking.  Bookings can be made in person or over the phone.

Sharon has some fun in store for her May Scrap the Boys class!!!!  Handmade chevron stripe embellishments!!!!  In this class you will create two layouts that work well together or can be used as stand along pages.  Focusing on a more "boy" theme but still very much suited to the girls too!!!

2013 Classes

To wet your appetite we would like to share some snippet photos of what some of them have been up to.

Sharon is running both her Vintage class and her new class 'Scrap the Boys" each month this year and she is well and truly going to inspire.

The first "Scrap the Boys" classes begin on the Wednesday Feb 6th (10 am - 12 noon  and Thursday Feb 7th (7 pm - 9 pm) and that's not far away now! Here is are a few sneak peaks of the two single page layouts you will complete in class. Samples are on display in the store now.  Cost $30.00  Bookings are essential - 9879-6220.

Leanne has also been in her studio creating and has her first cards class.  In this class you will be creating three cards, learning how to fold a diamond pop up card, roll flowers, create dimension and much more.  Classes always fill fast and there only a few spots left in her Wednesday Feb 20th (10 am - 12 noon) and Thursday Feb 21st (7 pm-9 pm) classes.
